1. Where are you based?

Personally Yours is based in Nottingham, United Kingdom. We are mail order only, which means that we only sell via the Internet.

2. How can I pay for my items?

Currently the only method we have available is via paypal.

Paypal is the worlds leading payment provider.

Using this method we can accept all forms of electronic payment including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

Paying via paypal is very safe as we do not see any of your card details. The only information that gets sent to us is your name and the address where you want the gift sending.

3. How much is Postage & Packing?

Our postage costs are £2.50 regardless of how many items you order however orders of £25 and over are posted FREE of charge.

We have had to do this due to the increase in Royal Mail charges for letters as they now charge by size of envelope and weight.
